Affiliate Policy

This Affiliate Policy outlines the terms and conditions of the LitPDF Shopify App Affiliate Program. The program is designed for Shopify Agencies who wish to refer our app to their clients. By participating in the program, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2.Program Registration

To join the LitPDF Affiliate Program, you must register and be approved through our affiliate platform. You can apply to become an affiliate by visiting the following link:

3.Definitions

  • Affiliate: A Shopify Agency that has been approved to participate in the LitPDF Affiliate Program.
  • App: The LitPDF Shopify App, available on the Shopify App Store at apps.shopify.com/printproductpage.
  • Merchant: A Shopify store owner who installs and subscribes to the LitPDF Shopify App.
  • Net Subscription Fee: The subscription fee paid by the Merchant to LitPDF, less any refunds, discounts, or taxes.
  • Referral: A successful installation and paid subscription to the LitPDF Shopify App by a Merchant who was referred by an Affiliate.

4.Affiliate Program Terms

4.1. Commission

Affiliates will receive a commission of 20% of the net subscription fee for each successful referral.

4.2. Payment

Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis. Payments will be processed after the referred Merchant has successfully paid their monthly subscription fee. Payments will be made to the payment method specified by the Affiliate in their account.

4.3. Duration

The commission will be paid for a maximum of 12 months for each referred Merchant, starting from the date of the Merchant's first paid subscription.

5.Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are expected to:

  • Promote the LitPDF Shopify App in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Accurately represent the features and functionality of the app.
  • Not engage in any form of spam or unsolicited communication to promote the app.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6.Termination

LitPDF reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of this Affiliate Policy.
  • Misrepresentation of the LitPDF Shopify App.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

7.Governing Law

This Affiliate Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LitPDF operates.
